What this site is

arcade.034 is a small free collection of browser games made by hand. The games run entirely on your device; no account or sign-up is needed to play.

Acceptable use

Don't do things that would damage the site or its other users. In particular: don't attempt to disrupt or interfere with normal operation, don't probe for vulnerabilities outside a responsibly-disclosed security context, and don't impersonate the site or its operators.

Intellectual property

The site's design, original code, and original game names (e.g. Triplet³, Stack·10, Line·4, Paddle·77, Defend·5, Hop·13, Drift, Echo·4, Brick·Out, Five·Letter) are © arcade.034 and may not be reused without permission.

The underlying gameplay concepts are classics of game history and are not owned by us. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any owner of similarly-named commercial products. Trademarks belong to their respective owners.

The Three.js library is used under the MIT license. Big Shoulders Display and JetBrains Mono are served via Google Fonts under the SIL Open Font License.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Game scores, save data, and uptime are not guaranteed. We may add, change, or remove games and features at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
